Munda LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ALeads service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Information you provide: name, email address, payment information (processed by Stripe), and business details when you sign up or configure your account.
Lead data: We collect publicly available contact information (names, phone numbers, email addresses) of insurance agents and consumers through public records and third-party data providers. This data is delivered to paying subscribers.
Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and other analytics to improve our service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: Stripe (payment processing), our email service provider (Gmail SMTP for transactional emails), and law enforcement when required by law.
Leads delivered by ALeads are sourced from public records. Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring their outreach complies with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state laws. Munda LLC is not responsible for how subscribers use lead data.
Subscriber account data is retained while the account is active and for 2 years after cancellation. Lead delivery logs are retained for 1 year. Payment records are retained per financial regulations.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit. Passwords are hashed. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We use minimal cookies for authentication and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.
Florida residents have rights under the Florida Privacy Protection Act. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing ALeadsMundaLLC@outlook.com. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via our unsubscribe page.
We use: Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Google Maps API (lead sourcing), and Gmail SMTP (email delivery). Each has its own privacy policy.
Our service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
