Welcome to ALeads, a lead generation service operated by Munda LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using ALeads, you agree to these Terms of Service.
ALeads delivers verified, exclusive leads to insurance agents via a web dashboard. Leads are sourced from public records, business databases, and online searches, and include contact information for individuals seeking insurance products in the subscriber's geographic area.
Subscriptions begin at $99.99/month. Billing is managed through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel by logging into your dashboard or contacting us at ALeadsMundaLLC@outlook.com.
Leads are delivered exclusively to the subscriber who paid for them and are not shared with other agents. We make reasonable efforts to verify lead data but do not guarantee that every lead will result in a sale, appointment, or conversion.
You agree to use leads only for lawful insurance sales purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share leads with third parties. You must comply with applicable federal and state telemarketing laws, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM, when contacting leads.
Your use of leads is subject to our Privacy Policy. Leads are sourced from public records and third-party data providers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of lead data and for any use of that data in compliance with applicable law.
ALeads does not guarantee any specific number of leads, conversions, sales, or revenue. Past lead performance does not guarantee future results. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from your use of leads.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munda LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ALeads. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in or emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
